Read our view and make the decision yourself.

Services does not have page dedicated to listing its services. This is not a strategic decision on the part of the company since a lot of potential customers decide to look elsewhere. We looked around the website and were eventually able to determine that they offer both academic and business writing in addition to editing and proofreading services. They can also help students of any academic level and they claim to have writing experts who are able to tackle any subject.

Formats + Spacing & Number of Words per Page

In regards to formatting, states that they can handle any student’s request. This includes single or double spacing and any formatting style such as APA, MLA, Chicago, or Harvard.

They count 300 words (double-spaced) as one page of work.

The total price depends on a few factors such as the type of work, subject, number of pages, academic level, and the urgency. They also give you the option to select a native English speaker, a writer who is fluent in English, or the “best available.” All prices are set in US dollars. Prices provides secure payment methods such as all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. They also permit wire transfers although we would never recommend this option since you would never see that money again no matter what happens. Payment Methods

Ordering Process

The order process is pretty easy to understand. The first step is filling out the order form by providing all of the required information about your paper. This includes the deadline, number of pages, academic level, type of assignment, topic, and number of sources. You can also attach any materials or fill out a textbox with even more details. After you submit your order, you can pay using PayPal or credit card and then your paper will be assigned to a writer.

Our Experience with the Site

We ordered a 7-page college-level essay on the topic of sociology. We gave our writer a 10-day deadline, asked for 5 scholarly sources and APA formatting. We waited for the deadline to come...and still no paper. We finally got it two days late and to put it bluntly, it was absolute trash. The writer actually took a full paragraph from the first page and copied and pasted it on the 4th page just to fill up space. The paper also lacked coherency. Of course, it was not written by a native English speaker either. It was simply one of the worst papers we have ever received.

Qualification of the Writer

As strange as it might seem, the writer actually wrote us a few messages during the first few days and it appeared like they were actually taking the job seriously. But then we got a messaging saying the paper would be a “little” late. Of course, whether 48 hours constitutes “little” is something we will let you decide.

Site Usability and Design + Grammar

One of the best things we can say about is that they really did put a lot of thought into their website design. But as for the content, not so much. The website is surprisingly devoid of any useful information. In addition, they make it as annoying as possible to get a price quote. Instead of simply finding a calculator on the homepage, you actually have to register an account with the website. They do not seem to understand that not everybody who has a curiosity about their services wants to provide personal information and receive spam from them.

Support Team/Live Chat/Contacts

The customer support team is available 24/7 and can be reached by email, phone or live chat. From our experience, they are not always very good at responding promptly. They also do not seem very well trained. We asked questions about their refund policy and based on their confusion it is as if we had asked them to explain Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. Support

They do not have any information about their money back guarantees, or terms and conditions. It is all complete mystery.

Amount of Time in the Industry has been around since 2004, making it one of the veteran companies in the industry. But in spite of this, we see no evidence that their lengthy experience has taught them how to operate as a competent company. We did find a few positive reviews, but the vast majority were very negative. Much like our experiences, the grievances tended to be around getting papers that made no sense, contained ESL-level writing, and loopy customer support agents. History

Here are pros and cons:

  • Reasonable prices
  • Free features

  • Legitimately awful papers
  • Complete disorganization
  • No terms or conditions to speak of
  • Apparently no refund policy
