First, they provide help in three distinct areas: for students, people who are looking for work or want to change their careers, and professionals. Their academic services including things like essay writing, research and term papers, Master’s level thesis assignments, legal case briefs and even PhD dissertations. Students who want to enter the college of their dreams can ask for custom college application letters. But they do not just write papers, they also assist students with their speeches and even have specialists who can help them ace their multiple choice exams! EliteWritings.com also provides proofreading and rewriting services for students who want their papers to be polished up.

For professionals, EliteWritings.com offers marketing and business reports, PowerPoint presentations, and a variety of other writing services that can help them gain an edge over the competition. 

Finally, they offer resume/CV and cover letter writing for job candidates who are entering the workforce for the first time or need to update their resumes while they look to switch employers or even to a different career path altogether. 

Formats + Spacing & number of words per page

They can format their papers based on any style guidelines. Their most popular are APA, Harvard Chicago/Turabian and Harvard, but requests for Vancouver, Oxford and a few less common styles are also accepted. They can write a paper using single or double spacing and count 300 words as a page. By comparison, a lot of writing services regard 275 words as a page, so it could be said that EliteWritings.com provides better value.

Qualification of the Writer

EliteWritings.com has a team of writers from all over the world, including experts from the English-speaking world. Since a custom writing company can only succeed if customers like their papers, EliteWritings.com does their best to screen potential employees. Any applicant has to have at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, although if they want to take on more complex work they need a Master’s or PhD degree. • The company also offers a free database of essay samples to the public whether or not they choose to order services. This can serve as a useful model for students who want to write a paper themselves. • Another feature is the topic generator, although it was not particularly sophisticated. For instance, when we typed in “Stephen King” the recommendations were all related to royalty and none to the legendary horror writer himself.

Pricing Policy

The pricing page contains two price calculators - one for academic writing and the other for resume/CVs. They also have a second, more advanced price calculator on the topic generator page, which is a really random place to put it.

When we looked at their price page, we found their pricing policy to be a bit confusing. On one hand, the price table clearly lists the prices based on the 5 different academic levels ranging from high school through PhD. On the other hand, they also claim to offer three quality levels - standard, premium and platinum. It is not entirely clear why this second layer is necessarily. A high school level paper with an 11-day deadline costs $11.99/page while college papers with the same deadline costs $14.99. The total cost for a paper depends on the number of pages, academic level, type of service and deadline. 

Discounts

Customers to order a paper for the first time are entitled to a discount that ranges from 15% all the way up to 20%. When we looked at their website around Thanksgiving time, they even offered a promo code that provided an 18% discount. They also offer silver, gold and platinum memberships to customers once they accumulate a certain number of pages. They also have a page with a discount generator, but rather than providing you with a direct link, you have to actually Google it. It is a slight inconvenience, but one that we assume is intended to enhance their SEO.

Payment Systems

One sure sign of a reputable company is when they offer secure payment options. In the case of EliteWritings.com, they pass the test in this regard. Customers can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, along with PayPal.

Ordering Process

The process of ordering a paper is fairly straightforward. It starts by filling out the order form, providing all of the details of the order including the academic level, the length of the paper, the formatting style, and the deadline, along with uploading any relevant readings or materials that will allow the writer to do their job. The second step is making a payment via PayPal or major credit card. Once the payment is verified, EliteWritings.com assigns it to the most qualified available writer. Once the paper is finished, their quality assurance team checks it for plagiarism, grammar and spelling mistakes. Once the deadline expires, the paper becomes available to download from the customer’s account on the website. 

Direct Contact with the Writer

When you register an account on the website, you will notice a built-in messaging system. This allows customers to send messages directly to their writer. This comes in handy if you want to check the progress of your paper, provide feedback, or clarify the writer’s questions about the order. 

Our Experience with the Site

The best way to determine whether a company makes good on its promises is by ordering a paper ourselves. In this case, we asked for a college level psychology paper in which the writer was asked to analyze any groundbreaking psychology study over the past 40 years. It needed to be 5 pages long and we gave our writer a 7 day deadline.

We received our paper by the deadline and found it to be pretty good. It contained a couple of grammar mistakes and probably could have contained more depth. But it was definitely a solid B paper, which is something most struggling students would be happy to receive. 

Site Usability and Design + Grammar 

The website looks fine. In particular, the color scheme and graphics were chosen well. The information is clear and easy to understand and is well-organized. There are multiple blocks of useless text, as is the case with a lot of other companies. The one thing that we noticed is that according to the website EliteWritings.com has been around for more than a decade, but we can confirm that this is an exaggeration: according to Whois.net, the company actually launched in 2013. Aside from this, everything else checks out fine. 

Support Team/Live Chat/Contacts 

The customer support team can be reached via email, live chat and toll-free by phone 24 hours a day. The customer also has the option of filling out a contact form and requesting a customer support agent to get in touch with them. We got in touch with the EliteWritings.com agents through all of these messages and received a quick response time no matter the time of day. We asked them questions about their pricing policy as well as their discounts. They appeared friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely believe they are properly trained. 

The administrators an even the writer can also be contacted directly through the messaging system built into the customer’s account.

Reliability

Based on our experiences, we can report that EliteWritings.com is reliable. Not only did we get our paper by the deadline, all of the basic requirements were followed. The quality of the writing was relatively consistent with what a 19 year-old college student would be capable of, which is a plus because if this paper had been written like a Master’s level paper, it would have been obvious that a college student did not write it.

The key to transparency is providing a refund policy. In the case of EliteWritings.com, they offer both full and partial refunds depending on the circumstances. For instance, if the company fails to find a qualified writer for an order, the customer automatically receives a refund. Same thing if the customer accidentally pays for the same paper twice. They can also receive a full refund if they do not receive their order by the deadline or in the unlikely event that it contains plagiarism.
