High school-level papers start at $11.99 per page, placing at the lower price range when compared to the industry as a whole. We filled in all the details of our college research paper, including the topic, page length, formatting style and deadline. Once we made a payment and it was verified, the order was posted and selected by the most qualified writer available. We received an email confirming our details, and we were able to get status updates on our order. Since we had the option to contact our writer, we decided to test it out. The writer responded promptly and was very professional.

Our Experience with the Site

The best way to evaluate any custom writing company is by ordering a paper and gaining first-hand experience with their services. We ordered a college-level Political Science research paper of 4 pages long (double spaced) with a 7 day deadline. We got our paper by the deadline, which is always a good sign. In addition, we did not detect any plagiarism. The paper contained unique content and was properly researched using current and relevant sources. The terminology used was appropriate for a college-level paper and it was well structured. We found a few minor grammar mistakes, but nothing that could not easily be fixed. We figure if this paper had actually been submitted, it would have gotten a solid B+. 

Direct Contact with the Writer

As we alluded to, we had a positive experience when we communicated with our writer using the messaging system on the account. We asked the writer if there were any additional details that they needed and they replied that they were confident that everything was clear. This was reflected in the outcome of their work.

Site Usability and Design + Grammar 

The website layout itself was nothing special, but at least it was not cluttered and confusing to use. A customer would be able to find all of the important information that they need. We did not find any grammar issues with the website per se, but there were a few oddly-phrased sentences. However, it was not anything that we could not make sense of.

The customer support team is available 24/7 and can be reached via email, contact form, toll-free number and live chat. In order to test out whether they were indeed available at all hours of the clock, we sent them messages every few hours, even in the early hours of the day. We always received prompt and professional responses. We called them up and found that the agents were polite and knowledgeable. We asked about their revision policy, their discounts, and what happens if our paper comes back and plagiarized and they responded with answers that we believe any customer would be satisfied with.
