The website contains just a brief but informative blog, a FAQ section, and a list of orders that were completed by its writers. 

However, FastEssay.com is still different from anything you can find in the essay writing industry. One thing that captures your attention is urgency – you can hardly ever find a service that promises to finish papers within 1, 2 or 4 hours. FastEssay.com does. The thing is – even the most qualified writer cannot produce a decent paper within an hour or two. This is why any promise of unbelievable urgency looks suspicious.

They become visible to writers who submit their quotes. It may take a lot of time to reach an agreement with the writer. If the paper is urgent, you may not be able to receive your paper on time. Imagine that you have a project that is due within 5-6 hours. Add to this at least 60-90 minutes for the bidding process. As such, the writer will have 4 hours to complete your paper, and you won’t know the price of the order before it is finished. If the writer charges you $22 per page, will you have enough money to pay for it? Hardly so.

Our Experience 

It is difficult to understand how well the company works without placing an order with it. FastEssay.com is not an exception. We decided to order a coursework. Moreover, we wanted it to be urgent, as we wanted to see how the company handles urgent orders. The deadline was 3 hours. We placed an order for 5 pages. FastEssay.com makes a promise to cope with the most urgent order. We submitted our instructions on the website. The first bid arrived within 15 minutes. Because the order was urgent, we selected the very first bid. By the time all formalities were completed, only 2 hours 20 minutes were left to the deadline. Not surprisingly, it was delivered late. The writer ignored our requests and simply stated that he did not have enough time to produce a decent paper. Besides, the paper contained a lot of plagiarism. We were absolutely disappointed with the quality of the paper and level of service. 

Writer’s Qualifications 

FastEssay.com claims that it has dozens of qualified writers who are eager to complete any paper, of any complexity and urgency. The website provides a list of its writers with their qualifications. However, they do not seem to specialize in any specific discipline or study area. You cannot locate a writer who has a degree in business administration or practices as a nurse. No personal details are included; writers are presented as anonymous figures. You will notice that all writers in the list have completed dozens of papers in different fields of study. The only question is quality – if a writer does not have a degree in nursing, how can he or she complete an original nursing paper within an hour or so? It is quite possible that the writer’s only job is paraphrasing and plagiarizing someone else’s content, and this is certainly not what the customer expects.

The website is simple and logical enough. It is easy to navigate. However, a lot of important information is missing. Still, the content is written flawlessly, without any errors. The contact us page does not contain anything, except for the company’s physical and email addresses. The website does not have a live chat. As a result, customers will have hard times keeping in touch with writers or support once the place their orders.

The paper we ordered from the company had a lot of grammar mistakes. Of course, it was urgent, but urgency could never justify poor quality. We took it as an opportunity to contact customer service representatives. We could only send an email, and we were surprised to get an answer within 20 minutes. We were offered a free revision. In response, we wrote that the whole system and the urgency claims were ridiculous, since no writer who was sane and competent would ever be able to meet the proposed deadlines. However, the customer support representative insisted that they could handle the most urgent papers, even though our paper had been delivered late. No refund was provided, even though the company has a money back guarantee when the paper does not meet the basic criteria of quality.
