Based on its name, it is clear that really, really, really wants to be your academic writing provider. But do they deserve that honor? They claim to offer timely delivery, safe payment options, and high quality essays that are free of plagiarism and grammar mistakes. It is not enough to take any of these companies at their word. We investigate writing service companies - and even order a paper - so that you will have a better idea about their pricing policy, dependability, and the quality of their work. Read and find out what we discovered about this service.

Services does not have a page devoted to listing its services. Some prospective customers might find this to be inconvenient, but fortunately, you can find out what they offer by scrolling through the list on their order form, which is located on the homepage.

We counted more than 30 types of services such as standard essays, PowerPoint presentations, research papers, admissions essays and graduate-level projects such as thesis and dissertation papers. While the majority of students will likely find what they need, those looking for highly specialized services will likely turn to the companies that offer 50+ kinds.

Formats + Spacing & Number of Words per Page can complete papers according to the following instructions:

  • Any formatting style including APA, MLA, Harvard, and Chicago/Turabian.
  • Single or double spacing
  • Any font, with Times New Roman and Arial being the most commonly requested

Keep in mind that they count 275 words as one page. This means if your assignment requires 300 words, you will need to order two pages.

Price Policy does not have a pricing page nor a pricing table. Nonetheless, it is not all that difficult to find out how much your paper will cost. All you need to do is tinker around with the order form a bit. Keep in mind that the price is merely an estimate and does not take into account any add-ons that you might want such as a plagiarism report or proofreading.

Prices start at $18.50 for a high school-level paper with a 14-day deadline. This is only slightly higher than the industry average of around $11. Prices

Free Features offers some of the freebies that are typical in the industry including:

  • Title page
  • Reference page
  • Revisions

They also blatantly pad their list by boasting of “free” inquiries. But who charges money to answer questions?

If you are looking for discounts, we have some good and bad news. The good news is that provides new customers with a very generous 20% discount on their first order. Now for the bad news: we could not find any seasonal promo codes or a loyalty discount program for repeat customers.

Ordering Process

The process of ordering a paper from is self-explanatory. All we had to do was fill out the order form with all of the details of our paper including the topic, deadline, formatting style, number of sources, number of pages and academic level. We also uploaded a couple of readings for the writer to use as sources. We made a secure payment using a major credit card (they also accept PayPal). After the payment has been verified, they assign it to a writer. Once the draft is finished, it is proofread and edited and then becomes available to download the moment your specified deadline expires.

Our Experience with the Site

We ordered a 5-page college-level essay with a 14-day deadline. We asked for APA formatting and 5 sources (along with our attachments). In spite of the lengthy deadline and the relatively easy topic (American history), we actually received it several hours late. It was riddled with grammar mistakes even though it had supposedly been proofread. Furthermore, while the content was not plagiarized, it was clear that the writer took all the information from a couple of articles and simply rewrote the content. A very unacceptable paper.

Site Usability and Design + Grammar

The website is easy to navigate, but it is full of unnecessary filler content. We also found a lot of grammar mistakes on the website, which is not supposed to happen when your whole point of existence is to provide academic papers.

Support Team/Live Chat/Contacts

The customer support team is available 24/7 and can be reached by live chat, email and toll-free in the US. If you live outside of the US, calling them is not a problem because Skype actually gives you the option of calling toll-free US-based numbers at no cost. Support

We contacted various customer support agents to ask a few questions about their pricing policy and discount. Some of them were professional and knowledgeable, but we came across a couple who were straight up obnoxious. Perhaps they did not intend to come off as rude, but they certain need some additional training on proper phone etiquette.

The website has a page dedicated to their policies. It is always a good idea to read them before choosing any particular service so that you avoid misunderstandings going in.

Revision Policy/Availability of Free Revisions has a reasonable revisions policy. If the writer fails to follow your directions or you can demonstrate that was missing key elements such as a stated thesis, you have 14 days to request free revisions. However, keep in mind that your revision request should not contradict the original instructions. While they will revise in those cases, they will charge you extra for it.

Money-Back Guarantee (Refund System) has a clearly defined refund policy that operates as follows:

  • If you cancel before the order has been assigned to a writer, you would receive a full refund. If you cancel any time up to halfway through the deadline, you receive a 70% refund. Any cancellation made after that entitles you to a 50% refund.
  • You accidentally pay twice for the same order
  • Your paper came back as plagiarized and you can demonstrate this
  • You receive your order past the deadline
  • The company failed to find a writer to complete your order

Amount of Time in the Industry

The website contains testimonials, but we do not put much stock in them. For one thing, every single one is positive. You would think that from time to time they would receive some criticism from their customers. Also, the reviews are not stamped with an actual date, just a vague “two days ago.” For more trustworthy reviews, we looked at third party websites. While there were a few positive reviews, most of them were negative. The most common complaints were grammar mistakes and receiving the order late.

Pros and Cons has only been around since 2013, and it shows. The prices are a bit higher than they ought to be when you consider the low quality of the writing. The fact that we received a lousy paper past the deadline is something that will no doubt drive a few share of potential customers away and deservedly so.

Pros of

  • Generous first time discount
  • Non-plagiarized papers

Cons of

  • Late papers
  • Poorly written work
  • Untrained customer support agents
