These days custom writing services are a dime a dozen. But while many of them produce perfectly fine papers, a lot of them exaggerate their claims or are outright deceitful. Because we want to help you make informed choices as you look around for the right company, our team conducts a thorough assessment of as many writing services as possible. For this review, we took a look at Read and find out what we discovered.

The does not contain page dedicated to the services it provides, which means we had to use the dropdown menu on the order form to find out. We counted around 25 services, which is pretty impressive. They can handle any type of essay, research paper, or assignment. They can also do multiple choice exams, presentations and speeches, and dissertations. We also counted around 70 different subjects. They really seem to cater to any student.

Formats + Spacing & Number of Words per Page can handle any type of formatting style, with APA, MLA, Chicago/Turabian and Harvard being the most common. Customers can request single or double-spaced work. They count 275 words as a page, which is something we take issue with. After all, since most universities regard 300 words as a page, this means customers almost always need to buy at least 2 pages even if their assignment is technically only one page long.

Price Policy

There is no pricing table to speak of, so the only real way to find out how much a paper will cost is to fill out the order form. But to be frank, this company’s pricing policy is one of the most confusing and arbitrary that we have come across. For instance, we randomly plugged in the information to see how much it costs for a 1-page medical sciences “critical thinking” college-level paper and the answer is $19.00. But when we switched the subject to mathematics and all other requirements being the same, the cost is $24.70. Why? We have no idea. The lack of transparency in prices raises some concerns. Prices

Free Features

We have no idea what features are offered, free or otherwise. We scoured the website for this information and found nothing. Consequently there does not appear to be a Terms & Conditions page either, so when it comes to their refund policy, your guess is as good as ours. Free Features

They offer a measly 5% discount for all first-time orders (by comparison, most other companies provide first-time discounts in the range of 15% to 20%). They also lack a loyalty discount program for repeat customers. Discount

Ordering Process

The ordering process is straightforward and resembles what you will find from other writing services. We just needed to provide them with all of the details of our paper. You have an option of uploading materials and anything else that will assist the writer. They also provide a few features for a fee such as VIP Support, preferred writer, abstract page, and plagiarism report. We have come across a lot of companies that offer free plagiarism reports, so the fact that they force customers to pay for the privilege is kind of a raw deal.

Our Experience with the Site

We ordered a 5-page college essay with a 7-day deadline. The topic was tensions between NATO and Russia. We asked for APA formatting as well. While the paper was free of plagiarism and followed our directions, it was not particularly insightful. It appears as though the writer just took the first source they could find and rewrote it. All in all it was a very mediocre effort. It is also clear that the writer was not a native-English speaker.

Qualification of the Writer

We asked the writer if he/she could send us a picture of their diploma with their name blurred out. What they sent us was something that they had obviously found on Google. That is pretty deceptive. It is obvious that they do not have the qualifications.

Site Usability and Design + Grammar

The design and usability of the website is fine, except that there really is not much information at all. We like the color scheme and there is a selection of links that allow you to find out a bit about the company, but as we noted there is not a page dedicated to services, discounts, or terms and conditions. A lot of the text on the website is complete gibberish. For instance: "What to buy essays cheap with strong money-back warranties!” Either they mean “guarantees” or they are in the business of selling electrical devices but have not told anybody.

Support Team/Live Chat/Contacts

The customer support team is available 24/7 and can be contacted through phone, live chat and email. We contacted them at various times of the day and never had issues getting a hold of them. We asked them about their refund policy and they sufficiently answered our questions, but the fact that we even had to contact them just to find out basic information is not acceptable. Support

The pages on Policies and Guarantees are very detailed and it is possible to look them through before placing an order.

Revision Policy/Availability of Free Revisions

In case you are not happy with the final product, there are 10 days after the final paper delivery available for free revision requests.

Money-Back Guarantee (Refund System)

If the customer is not satisfied with the paper they received from this company, it is possible to apply for a refund.

Customers get refund in the following cases:

  • When they are charged twice for the order.
  • When none of the writers was assigned to the customer’s order
  • When the final paper deadline was missed
  • When none of the writers was assigned for revision, a 15-20%-refund will be issued; and in case the revised product is delivered after the revision deadline expiry, a 15%-refund will be issued.
  • If the paper quality is poor, their manager decides on the amount of refund to be issued.
  • If the paper is plagiarized and the customer has a proof of it (e.g., a plagiarism report), they can apply for a refund.

Amount of Time in the Industry

We checked Web Archive and and found that has been around since 2014. We looked around at reviews from third-party websites and found them all to be fishy. The “positive” reviews sounded more like an advertisement campaign whereas one of the negative reviews appeared to be posted by a competitor. Case in point: the exact same day that the review was posted (July 3, 2017), a customer named “Barb” wrote feedback in really terrible English bashing the service. Coincidence? Doubtful. History
