There are plenty of reasons why students seek out custom writing services. For some, it is to alleviate the stress associated with writing essays and taking exams. For others, it is about wanting more time to spend with friends and family. But with so many companies out there, how is it possible to find a trustworthy company that will write plagiarism-free papers that get you good grades? Formats + Spacing & Number of Words per Page accepts orders regardless of formatting style, with APA, MLA, Chicago/Turabian and Harvard being the most common. They can handle requests for single and double-spaced papers. In addition, they count 275 words as a page. 

Price Policy

The website includes a price calculator that makes it easy to understand how much your paper will cost. Papers start at $10 for a high school paper with a 14-day deadline. This is a couple of dollars lower than the industry average. Factors that influence the cost of the paper include the academic level, length of the assignment, deadline and urgency. Ordering Process

The process of ordering a paper from is self explanatory. First, you click “Proceed to Order” and it takes you to the order page. Fill out all of the details of your order including the academic level, subject or discipline, topic, paper instructions, sources, any additional materials that need to be uploaded, and the required formatting style. Once you make a payment, they assign the paper to a writer. You have a chance to communicate directly with the writer throughout the process. Once the order is complete, they send you a draft to look at. If you like it, you can do whatever you wish with it. But if the writer fails to follow your directions, you can request free revisions. Our Experience with the Site

In order to get the best idea about a company’s services, we took it upon ourselves to purchase a custom paper. We ordered a 10-page college-level paper with a 7-day deadline. The topic was to reflect on Civil Rights in the 1960s and the ways in which life has improved for minorities along with ways in which it could be better. It was a somewhat complex assignment that required some nuance, which was precisely why we requested it. While we did receive it by the deadline and it was not plagiarized, those are the only two good things we can report. The paper itself was absolutely not written by an “expert” of any sort. In fact, even though we specifically requested an ENL writer, he/she was obviously not. The content of the paper was way too simplistic. The writer made misguided assumptions that were not grounded in facts. There were even a few statements that were so unbelievable that we checked out the sources that they used. Sure enough, they either just made up the information and attributed it to the sources or they completely misunderstood what the articles were about. The bottom line: our paper was a complete joke. 

Site Usability and Design + Grammar

The website was easy enough to navigate and with the exception of not containing much information about the services they provide, it is pretty informative. They even have pages dedicated to their Terms and Conditions as well as their revision policy. However, the grammar is something to be concerned about. For example, what does “Moneyback Warranties” mean? They are apparently making up their own expressions. 

Support Team/Live Chat/Contacts

The customer support team at is available 24/7 and can be contacted via live chat, phone or email address. We tested this out by contacting them through different methods at different points of the day and we need to admit that sometimes the response time took more than 30 minutes. Moreover, some of the agents came off as kind of rude. When we asked if our writer was legitimately ENL, they acted somewhat defensive. It would be nice to get some straight talk from time to time. If a custom writing service wants to demonstrate trustworthiness, they need to offer transparent and well-defined policies. While we believe that uses some deceptive practices or at the very least exaggerates what they are able to accomplish, we have absolutely no reason to believe they are a scam company. They do offer several guarantees that should give potential customers peace of mind. 

Revision Policy/Availability of Free Revisions guarantees that their writers will fulfill the customer’s requirements and write papers in accordance with high academic standards. If the customer believes the paper was not written based on their directions, they have 10 days to request revisions. In our particular case, had we been students who needed to submit an actual order, we definitely would have made use of their revision policy. 

Availability of a Plagiarism Report (for Each Paper)

As we noted, we can confirm that the paper we received did not contain any plagiarism. This is definitely a good indication that really does check their papers. However, they charge $9.99 if you actually want a copy of the plagiarism report. Given that a lot of companies offer this for free, it really ought to be something that every customer is entitled to.
