When we first took a look at the website, it was clear that its designers put a lot of thought into it. It is very easy to navigate and find all of the important information about the company’s process and services. On the other hand, it appears that the amount of care they put into their website does not correspond to the quality of their services if the abundance of negative feedback from its customers is to be believed. We decided to check the company out ourselves using the same criteria that we apply for all reviews - our experiences with the website, testimonials on the writing service’s website, their pricing policy, extra features and benefits, information about the writer, the professionalism of the customer support team, and most importantly, the quality of our order. Services certainly offers a wide and versatile range of services. If you are a student, their academic help might be right for you. On the other hand, they also cater to professionals by offering business writing and professional PowerPoint presentations. Naturally, our review focuses on their academic writing services, which include writing term papers, essays, research papers, book reports, and practically everything else. 

Formats + Spacing & Number of Words per Page has a page that is devoted to explaining all of the formatting style guidelines that they can follow, such as APA, MLA, Chicago/Turabian, Oxford, Vancouver and more. They count 275 words as being one page and the customer can order single or double-spaced papers. 

Price Policy

Their custom writing services come at a very reasonable price. For instance, undergraduate level work with a 10-day deadline costs only $10 per page while professional-level writing with a 6-hour deadline costs $42 per page. As affordable as their academic writing is, we were frankly shocked to find out that admission help and business writing can cost as much as $126 per page. At those kinds of prices, they would practically have to guarantee complete success, whether it means getting a student into their top college choice or impressing a customer’s boss.

We find the website to be easy to navigate and had no problem finding any of the important information such as their free features, which include the following:

Ordering Process

We found that ordering’s services was quick and easy. It did not even take us 5 minutes to fill in all of the details and make our payment. When requesting a paper, they ask for information such as the academic level, the deadline, the amount of sources, formatting style and the type of assignment. Our Experience with the Site

The best way to determine whether a custom writing company is as good as they claim is by ordering a paper for ourselves. In this particular instance, we asked for an undergraduate-level paper on the topic of the life of Charlie Chaplin. It needed to be 5 pages long, follow APA formatting guidelines, and we gave our writer 10 days to complete it. If you were hoping that we had a positive experience with this company, you are in for some disappointment. seems to be the very definition of incompetence. We did not have the option of communicating direction with our writer, which meant we had no idea how the paper was progressing. We did get our paper by the deadline, but it was a really lazy, sloppy job. It was riddled with grammar mistakes and failed to follow many of our instructions, including the requirement that the sources be reputable. It was absolutely unacceptable. 

Qualification of the Writer

As we noted, there is no way to get a hold of the writer directly, which means we never had any idea what was going on. When we contacted the customer support team to inquire, they promised to follow up but never did. As for the qualifications of the writer, we find it hard to believe that he or she had the proper academic background to complete our paper. We are also completely certain that our writer was not a native English speaker no matter what claims. 

Site Usability and Design + Grammar

We like the website in terms of usability and design. Their menu contains links to all of the most important information about the company and its services. However, in regards to the content itself, it was full of obvious grammar and punctuation mistakes. It also contains a lot of strange word choices. Given that whoever wrote the information on the website struggles with their English, it probably did not come as surprise that our writer was just as bad. 

Support Team/Live Chat/Contacts

The customer support team is available 24/7 and can be reached by phone, email, social media, Skype, and live chat. We contacted them through every method and at all times of the day in order to find out if they really are available around the clock. We had no trouble reaching them, but getting them to actually assist us was an entirely different matter. Support

Revision Policy/Availability of Free Revisions states that every order is completed to the customer’s exact specifications. In fact, if the writer fails to follow the customer’s directions, they are entitled to free revisions. Had we actually need to submit our paper, we definitely would have asked for revisions, although it seems unlikely that the writer would have been able to make it look any better. 

Availability of a Plagiarism Report (for Each Paper) provides customers with plagiarism reports if they need evidence that the paper does not contain any plagiarism. However, they charge $9.99 for the report. By comparison, most other custom writing companies provide it for free.

Their website contains a testimonials page featuring comments posted by customers. However, these reviews do not really provide a whole lot of insight since they are so short. In addition, they do not provide the date when the customer posted the message, which hurts its credibility.
