They can also write your paper with either single- or double-spacing. They count 275 words as one page. 

Price Policy

SameDayEssay.com’s website contains a convenient price table that lists all of their prices based on the academic level and deadline. A college paper with a 10-day deadline costs $17.80/page, which is a couple dollars more than the industry average. The default price is set in US Dollars, but you can also order a paper using the Euro or Chinese, Australian, Canadian or British currency. In addition, they accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, which are three very secure payment options.

They also offer several add-ons for a fee including the option to hire a top writer, an extra quality check, and high priority status. They also charge $14.99 for their plagiarism check. By contrast, a lot of other companies give this away for free.

But if you do not, there is no real benefit for you. 

Ordering Process

The ordering process is pretty straightforward. The first step is to fill out the order form, making sure to specify the academic level, page length, and deadline. There is a text box where you can describe the order in detail. You can also upload any materials that will assist your writer. The second step is making a payment. As we noted, you can pay via PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. Once the payment is made, a writer is assigned. You can contact your writer directly through the messaging system on your account and keep track of the progress. Once the paper is completely it becomes available to download after the deadline expires. 

Our Experience with the Site

In order to truly evaluate SameDayEssay.com service, it was essential that we order a paper ourselves. We asked for a 7-page college-level paper on the topic of psychology. We also requested 5 reputable sources, asked that it be formatted according to APA guidelines, and we gave them a 14-day deadline. We got the paper back by the deadline and it was free of plagiarism, but it was not particularly impressive. Perhaps most gulling is that while the sources were reputable, the information written in the essay could not actually be found in those articles and publications. In addition, the paper was very repetitive. It was obvious that the writer’s only goal was to reach the 7-page requirement, not to actually produce a high quality paper. We believe most students would be disappointed had they received this paper

Qualification of the Writer

The website claims the writers are all native English speakers with advanced degrees and specialist in various subjects, but it our paper certain did not indicate that. In addition, we have a hard time believing the profile pictures of the writers are genuine, unless they only hire supermodels.

The SameDayEssay.com website seems to be its only real redeeming quality. It is user-friendly, and easy to navigate. The content of the website does not contain any glaring grammar mistakes, although some of the syntax makes it obvious that whoever wrote the information is not a native English speaker. 

Support Team/Live Chat/Contacts

The customer support team can be reached 24/7 by live chat, email or toll-free by phone. We tested them out to find out if they were truly as accessible as they claim and we never had any problems getting through. They were not native-English speakers, but we had no problem understanding them (and vice versa). They answered all of our questions and seemed well-trained. 

Reliability

They do not have a Terms and Conditions page, so it is kind of difficult to figure out how to qualify for full and partial refunds. Their FAQ page clears up a few things, although their promise of providing a minimum B grade (3.0) is impossible to keep since it is really beyond the company’s control. 

Revision Policy/Availability of Free Revisions

SameDayEssay.com actually has a really good revision policy. If you do not like your paper, you have a 14-day window to request free revisions for papers up to 20 pages. For more than 20 pages, the period is 30 days. However, if the issue is related to plagiarism, you are given a full 180 days to request revisions. 

Money-Back Guarantee (Refund System) 

The money back guarantee works in a similar fashion to their revision policy. If you do not like your order, you have 14 days to request a refund if the paper is 20 pages or less. For papers more than 20 pages, you have 30 days to submit a request. If a paper contains plagiarism, you have 180 days to request a refund. Furthermore, if you fail to receive the paper by your deadline, you are entitled to a full refund. The company also offers partial refunds that are made at the discretion of their quality assurance department. For instance, if the paper only partially fulfills the requirements, this will be taken into consideration when determining how much money of the payment will be refunded.
