First, we filled out all the details of our order - a bachelor’s level paper with a 7 day deadline on the topic of college sports in America. It needed to be 5 pages long, double spaced, and required 5 good sources. We also asked for MLA formatting. Regarding payments, they accept PayPal, credit cards, and the option to have the money held in escrow by Split until 14 days after you have paid. Once we paid, a manager contacted us to make sure all of the details were clear and then they choose a writer. We were able to check up on the status of the order throughout using our account. 

Our Experience with the Site

We have ordered a paper from a whole lot of companies, so it is always interesting to compare. Based on what we received, BuyEssayFriend.com is right in the middle. There are writers who have done a lot worse, but we have also received better papers. The paper only contained a few minor mistakes, but the big problem is that the writer was clearly not familiar with the topic of our paper. According to the website, the writers are English speakers with advanced degrees. They have to pass two tests before they are hired, although we question how difficult these tests really are. When we looked at the profile of “John Blacksmith” we found it really odd that his grammar is so poor. He wrote, “Now when I have become certificated specialist, I would like to share my knowledge and be go-to guy rare creative tasks and topics.” It really makes you wonder how guys like him made it through the hiring process. 

Site Usability and Design + Grammar

As we mentioned the website is easy to navigate and all of the information is kept simple. But it appears that “John Blacksmith” is not the only employee at the company who struggles with their English. The “About Us” page is full of grammar mistakes and awkward syntax throughout. Based on this, it is safe to say that the website content was definitely not written by native English speakers.

There are multiple ways to get in touch with the support team. The most common are through email, live chat and by phone, although you can also fill out a contact form or call them on Skype. They have links to several social media sites, and we noticed that they do post things on their Facebook page with great frequency. 

As noted on the website, the customer support agents are available 24/7. During peak hours we sometimes had to wait 20 minutes to get a response, but that is probably to be expected. We found the agents to be friendly and helpful. Some of them had accents, but there were no problems communicating. Everybody is outsourcing their call center these days.
