We think it is highly unlikely that one company can specialize in such a variety of fields. From our experience, companies can help only with writing assignments, so we would not risk to order their Science-help service. Moreover, the extensive variety of different services leaves us wondering whether their writers are professional in content writing.  

Spacing, Number of Words per Page and Formats

One page is equal to 275 words double spaced. Writers can format your paper according to a number of formatting styles, including MLA, APA, Chicago, Harvard, etc.

Price Policy

Academized.com sets acceptable prices. For example, for one double-spaced page (275 words), high-school level with the deadline of 14 days a customer will have to pay $12.99. If this deadline seems too long, choose 10 days instead but be prepared to pay more ($15.99 for the same paper). The highest price is $41.99, which means that the paper can be delivered as soon as after 3 hours. We thought that shorter deadline also means that the quality of paper will be better because it does not make sense to increase the price so much only because of the deadline. However, a customer can order any type of paper, be it a simple essay or a dissertation chapter, to be written within short time span and this seems highly suspicious.

Free Features

When ordering on this website, customers get limitless revisions, formatting service, outline, bibliography page, and title page for free. They say these free features can help customers save up to $71 but most of writing companies offer this service free of charge, as well.

Discounts

Most of the discounts (up to 15%) are for their loyal customers. The type of the discount depends on the total number of pages ordered until some particular time. 

There are also discounts for the first-time customers. To get it, you have to use the discount code while placing the order. Customers’ reviews taught us that the 15% discount is not always available but newcomers can always use special offers. Their loyalty program offers 5%, 10%, and 15% off the price, which is a good option for those who plan to stay with Academized.com for a long time.

It will not take much of your time to place an order. In fact, all you have to do is include the requirements, namely the type of work that you need, the length of the paper, delivery date, formatting style, etc. Additionally, customers are encouraged to share more details about their expected papers in the order form and include any available readings or materials that have to be used during the writing process. Our Experience with the Company

The best way to check the quality of services of a writing agency is to order from them. We placed an order in hope that Academized.com will assign one of their most qualified writers. Right after we made the order, we received an e-mail with the details. We chose the highest rates to test the quality.

We were really sorry to find out that the templates on their websites are misleading because the actual quality they provide is much worse. Our essay was nowhere near as good as the ones we saw on their Samples list. We are not sure if these were us who got extremely unlucky or if they deliver such content all the time but the paper we received was written by a writer who has awful English writing skills. Judging from what other people say about their services, we assume that we were not the only disappointed customers. 

We were not satisfied with the result and we would never get a high grade for such a paper. 

Qualification of the Writers

Our attempts to contact the writer working on our order were not successful. As we predicted, the lack of communication affected the quality of services. The paper did not follow our requirements and was replete with mistakes, so we were not satisfied with what we got.

Although there were no serious grammar mistakes, some phrases were not typical for modern English, so we assumed that our writer was not a proficient English speaker. The paper was not structured and the quality of the content left much to be desired.

The homepage of Academized.com creates the impression of a client-centered company. The welcome page is calm and discreet. The order form is conveniently located in the right corner of the homepage within the visitor’s reach and can be quickly filled in to get the total price. The homepage lists the services and the advantages of the company. However, this page provides only some general information and to find out the details, such as prices, terms, or other customers’ feedback, you will have to explore the whole website. The types of papers they produce is listed on the Service tab. To find out how much a paper costs and how long it takes to compete it, go to Prices. The first-time customers can get some freebies but they have to know about them before placing an order. The Samples tab contains sample essays and their detailed description, including their price, formatting style used, writing level, etc. This information can be useful for those who would like to understand what writing level to expect when placing a particular order. As we have mentioned, the samples can be misleading because the papers that customers receive differ from those on Samples tab. Reviews tab is the place to look for customers’ feedback but we are not sure if this information is reliable. There is also live chat which customers can use to ask questions and receive answers immediately. 

Summing it all up, the website is not really user-friendly because visitors have to spend much time before they find the information they need. There is much content on the website but most of it is irrelevant.

Having carefully analyzed the website, we began to wonder how customers can contact Academized.com if they have some questions. On their website, they provide a phone number but the response rate is very slow. The same is with the Live Chat because we had to wait for a long time before we received a reply form an agent.

On the bright side, Academized.com can be easily reached via emails. A pleasant customer support agent quickly replied to our email. He/she was very approachable and answered all our questions, so we managed to receive all the necessary details. So if you would like to contact Academized.com, do not waste time on phone calls and live chat and send an email right away.

Revision Policy and Free Revisions

Customers can benefit from free revision option available within 14 days after the order was completed. Should a customer need a revision after this period, he/she will have to pay for it and the price depends on the complexity of revision. 

Free revision is possible only if the initial requirements were not met, so if a customer wants the writer to add something that was not mentioned in the order description, the company might ask him/her to make an additional payment. 

Money-Back Guarantee and Refund System Policy
