Our Experience with the Site

Unfortunately, the quality of the paper we received from disappointed us. Clients can contact them in several ways. There is an email address at the bottom of the page and the live chat on every page. There is a toll-free phone number for those who prefer phone calls. The company says that their customer support service is available all the time but it was not very responsive when we needed help. We expected the live chat to work 24/7, just as their website promised they would, but we waited for a response for 15 minutes and then decided to call them using the phone number we found on the website. This time they answered promptly and shared the information we needed, but he needed some time to find the answers to the simple questions about their company. So we think that this company has to train its employees better and make sure their live chat is available round the clock just as they promise. Support
